The Free Plan is for you to try and test a few features. The Basic Plan provides more functionalities with limited usage of features and words and the Premium Plan offers full access to all features with maximum usage of words and images.

Yes, multiple people from your organisation can use AIforNGOs under the same login ID. The usage limits and access are determined by your subscription plan.

While AIforNGOs currently doesn't store organisational details for reuse in different templates, users can maintain an external Excel file with their details for convenience. Q21. If different NGOs input the same details, will the content generated be the same?
No, the content generated by AIforNGOs will not be the same even if different NGOs input the same details. AIforNGOs uses ChatGPT at its backend, which takes into account specific inputs and context, resulting in unique and customised content based on those inputs. While there may be similarities due to common inputs, the generated content will have variations to suit the individual context and needs of each NGO.
Q22. Are my inputs and content generated stored on AIforNGOs?
Inputs and generated content are stored under 'My Documents' only when you choose to save them. If not saved, they are not stored anywhere on the platform, ensuring your data's privacy and security.
Q23. We are a small NGO. Is there a discount available for us?
Generally, we do not offer discounts, but we periodically run discount campaigns and provide special offers based on the mission and needs of the NGO. Q24. Can only NGOs in India use this platform? I am an NGO from Africa, can I use it?
AIforNGOs is primarily designed for NGOs in India but offers generic templates and features applicable to NGOs worldwide. While we are in the process of setting up a new platform specifically for NGOs in other countries, you are still welcome to use AIforNGOs as many of the templates and features are relevant and can benefit NGOs from Africa and other regions.
