1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Service Cancellation: If you are not satisfied with the services offered through our platform, you may cancel it by sending a cancellation request to [email protected] 

1.2. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations may be eligible for a refund, subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Free Plan: If you are using the free plan and you choose to cancel the service or close your account, no refunds will be provided.

2.2. Basic Service and Premium Service: If you are using the basic service or premium service with an annual fee of Rs.9,999 and Rs.19,999, respectively, the following refund guidelines apply:

• If you cancel the service within one day (24 hours from the time of purchase) of subscription, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the paid amount, depending on your actual usage.

• If you cancel the service within one week of subscription, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the paid amount, depending on your actual usage.

• There will be no refund if you cancel the subscription after one week's time.
